two engines + AI review · three modules

Is your site actually accessible?

An honest WCAG 2.1 AA, ADA & EAA check — two engines plus AI review, run on your live page — that catches real issues before they become a demand letter or a lawsuit.

Accessibility is now a legal line item

Web-accessibility lawsuits keep rising in the US, and the EU Accessibility Act is in force. Looking compliant is not the same as being compliant.

Everything you need to get — and stay — accessible

One honest platform: find the real issues, fix them, and keep a dated record that you did.

Two engines + AI review

axe-core (Deque) and IBM Equal Access run on your live page, plus an AI layer for the gray-zone issues rules miss.

Monitoring & alerts

Scheduled re-scans catch regressions the moment a deploy breaks something — with email/Slack alerts.

Accessibility statement

A maintained EU/US statement (incl. FR/DE/ES/IT) with the right national enforcement body — the artifact regulators look for.

VPAT / ACR

Generate a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template for procurement and enterprise buyers.

Prioritized & AI fixes

Issues ranked by impact, with one-click AI code fixes and AI alt-text — export to GitHub, Jira or CSV.

Guided manual review

Scanners stop at what rules can catch. We take you through the rest — the keyboard, focus and meaning checks that decide real conformance.

Why honest

Overlay widgets get merchants sued.

Overlay widgets promise instant compliance and get merchants sued. Abledly shows you exactly what's wrong, gives real fixes, and documents the proof. We never claim “100% compliant” — no automated tool can.

✕ Overlay widget: injects a script, claims instant compliance
✕ “100% compliant” badge: no honest scan can promise that
✓ Abledly: finds real issues, explains fixes, keeps dated proof
The overlay trap: accessibility “overlay” widgets were fined one million dollars by the FTC, and around a quarter of 2025 ADA web suits targeted sites that already had one — you can pay and still get sued. Abledly is the opposite: real scanning, AI review of the gray zone, honest documentation, and a dated evidence trail. We never claim “100% compliant”, because no automated tool can.

FAQ

Questions

Will this make my site legally compliant?

No tool can guarantee legal compliance, and anyone who claims otherwise is the reason overlays get sued. We find real issues, help you fix them, and document your ongoing effort — which is what actually reduces risk. This is not legal advice.

How is this different from an accessibility overlay?

Overlays inject a widget that tries to “fix” your site at runtime — they were FTC-fined and frequently sued. We do the opposite: scan the real page, surface real problems, and give you honest documentation. Nothing is injected into your site.

Does it cover the EU Accessibility Act (EAA)?

Yes. We test against WCAG 2.1 AA / EN 301 549 and generate a maintained accessibility statement for the EU (and per-country variants with the correct enforcement body), plus US ADA / Section 508 via VPAT.

Do I get the full picture, or just a scan?

The full picture. A rule engine alone catches about a third of WCAG — most tools ship that and call it done. We run two engines, add an AI review layer for the gray-zone issues, and a guided manual-review workflow for the criteria only a human can judge — so you cover real conformance, not just the easy third.

Do I need to install anything?

No — scan any public URL right here. For continuous monitoring you add the site to your dashboard, and there is an optional WordPress plugin, a browser extension, and embeds if you want them.
